Lena Séraphin takes part of the group exhibition Ar[t]chaeology, Intersections of Archaeology and Photography, in November 2018 in Nicosia, Cyprus. It is organized around an interdisciplinary project, conference and publication.
We propose a reading of the collectively written multilingual text Replay Omspelning Uusintaotto Repetición. We are interested in discussing which kind of tactics, forms and strategies political art can uncover today in the public spaces of everyday.
Lena Séraphin will defend her doctoral thesis Don Quijote-komplexet och laborationer i fiktionalitet (“The Don Quixote Complex and Investigations into Fictionality“) in public on Friday 24.3.2017 at 12 noon.
Replay/Omspelning is a collective writing experiment organised by Lena Séraphin and curated by Juha-Heikki Tihinen. 10 visual artists will participate by recording various experiences and observations in the moment.
